Moving Into Summer
It’s been a minute for us here on The Dancer Body blog.
We’re moving into summer and it feels good. We all need to feel the sun on our face, vitamin D, mood lift and the many other health benefits that come with exposure to sunlight. Don’t forget to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen.
Some things that we are enjoying at the minute;
Magnesium
Magnesium supplements and bathing in magnesium flakes. This is amazing for improving sleep and if you’re suffering from stress. I love Wild nutrition capsules and Westlab salts. It’s a nighttime ritual that will be staying.
Low Impact Workouts
Think less HIIT, less stress on the joints and the body, less post workout fatigue. Matt workouts to support your body, walks and a little bit of dancing!
