The Dancer Body workout class is an uplifting, easy to follow hour long workout created to leave you feeling energised, uplifted and strong. Our classes include high energy dance cardio routines choreographed to work the whole body, matt work which strengthens the core, shoulders and glutes and a stretch flow to release any tension and avoid post workout soreness

This is a complete workout which will raise the heart rate, increase mobility and flexibility and strengthen the body.
